Current Construction Projects
Avondale | Hillcrest Village - A 37-unit community located in the City of Avondale at 127th Avenue south of Lower Buckeye Road. The homes are one-story single family detached homes ranging from three bedrooms at 1300 square feet to five bedrooms at 1620 square feet (began in 2009 and will be constructed in three phases).
Glendale | Palmaire Court - An 11-unit project of Twin homes located in the City of Glendale on 54th avenue between Myrtle Avenue and Glenn Avenue. These homes are two-story single family attached homes (duplexes attached at the garage). Homes are three or four bedroom ranging from approximately 1340 square feet to 1443 square feet (project began in 2010).
Peoria | Kirby Street - A 6-unit project of Twin Homes homes located in the City of Peoria on 79th Avenue South of Cactus Road. Homes are two-story single family attached homes (duplexes attached at the garage). There are three and four-bedroom homes ranging from approx. 1340 square feet to 1443 square feet (began fall 2010).
Phoenix | Vista del Sol - a 14 home community located near Broadway and 7th Avenue in Phoenix. Homes are one-story single family detached homes with three or four bedrooms (began in fall 2011).
Johnson Townhomes - a 48-unit project of Townhomes located near Grand Avenue and Bell Road in the City of Surprise. These two-story homes are three bedrooms with a two-car garage and are approx. 1,200 square feet. Each building has 4 or 5 units attached (began in 2007).
Infills - Projects are continuing valley-wide in Apache Junction, Chandler, Glendale, Mesa, Peoria, Phoenix and Tempe.
Renovations/Repairs - In partnership with Valley cities, Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona is renovating/repairing foreclosed homes as a new way to provide affordable housing in partnership with qualified Habitat families. We are renovating homes in Apache Junction, Chandler, Peoria and Phoenix.
