Case Manager/Loan Processor
Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona is seeking a full-time Case Manager/Loan Processor (CM) for Family Services Department to work Monday thru Friday (some Saturday and evenings are required), in our Phoenix administrative offices. This successful candidate will join a highly committed team and will be the primary person responsible for current and future Habitat homeowners. This position provides a broad range of case management services within guidelines established by the organization and specific programs. The CM duties will include processing program applications in effort to assist with ensuring qualify candidates for HFHCAZ affordable housing program. A valid driver's license and personal current auto insurance is required. High school diploma or equivalent and minimum of five years' experience in case work, human services or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required. This job posting will close on Sunday, May 19, 2013.
Resource Development Intern
Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona is currently seeking individuals to participate as interns with the affiliate during the summer of 2013. We have one opening for an individual on our Resource Development Team. The Resource Development intern will work in conjunction with the Corporate Relations Manager in the area of sponsorships.

Marketing and Communications Intern
Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona is currently seeking individuals to participate as interns with the affiliate. We have one opening for an individual on our Marketing and Communications Team. The Marketing and Communications Intern will work in conjunction with the Marketing and Communications Coordinator to effectively create, maintain and progress all marketing materials, photos and social media efforts to increase awareness of our mission and brand.
